Pavement Maintenance for Parking Facilities and Roadways

American Tennis Courts, Inc. was originally a pavement maintenance company started back in 1946. The pavement maintenance division continues the tradition begun more than a half century ago of line striping, pavement crack repair and pavement sealcoating.

We perform lining and relining work on an almost year round basis, depending on weather. Parking lots, roadways, garages, and airport runways are most common, but we also line athletic courts such as basketball, in-line hockey, and volleyball. Another court that we specialize in painting is the multi-use court (at schools) with hopscotch, four square, maps-of-the-world, shuffleboard etc.

Crack repair is one of our mainstays. We crack-fill parking lots, roadways, and at airports on runways, taxiways, and hangers. We use a hot applied crack fill material that is placed in the cracks after being thoroughly cleaned, thus sealing the cracks from moisture and the freeze-thaw process. Our system and products meet Federal Specification 3405.

American Tennis Courts, Inc. also performs sealcoating work, using a coal tar pitch emulsion that meets Federal Specification R-P-355e. This product can be used on new or older asphalt, whether you are trying to protect the new or give a "facelift" to the old. We have sealed parking lots, driveways, roadways, and airport hangers.
